Robbie JamesRobbie James

Robert James Cafiero

was born in Long Island, New York.

  Robbie grew up in the

Ft. Lauderdale area for 27 years before

relocating to the Melbourne, FL. area  where he currently resides.

        Robbie’s musical background stems

back to the 6th grade where he started

  playing clarinet and saxophone. Aside

from being 1st chair in his class in grade

school, he went to All County Band

  competition where he placed superior

marks in both solo ensemble, band

  ensemble, and 8th chair in

  All County Band.

Robbie started pursuing the guitar at

age 15, since this was an instrument he

always loved. After just a few years,

Robbie was playing lead guitar in his

neighborhood band and was writing some

  blues riffs with his friends.

       Robbie started in the entertainment

business as a sound engineer, but always

practiced vocals for when the day came

that he might be needed in some of the

groups he mixed sound for.  He started

singing a couple of fill songs when he was

  mixing sound for a group called T & T &

The Dynamites, which consisted of Robbie

Cafiero, Toni Cafiero, and Tony LaGreca.

After T & T had parted ways Robbie

started singing in a 50`s show as Ritchie

Valens, singing La Bamba. They did a

  show called Hero`s Of Rock-n-Roll,

which they performed down in the Florida

Keys at a place called Hog Heaven.

Wasn’t long before he was singing in a

full 50`s production with The Ronnie

Davis Revue in Pompano Beach, Florida,

  at Sirones Café.

For several years, he sang in shows at

  Sirones, performing Elvis, Bobby Darrin,

Grease, and other great shows. Robbie

continued to mix sound for another group

called O`l Blue Eyes and Friends, where

he worked with such great entertainers as

Toni Cafiero, Pat Cavalier, and Pepper

Bagby. With Ol’ Blue Eyes And Friends

he traveled and was the sound engineer.

  They performed at many theatres

  throughout the states including the

  Sandusky State Theatre.

In 1999, Robbie moved from South

Florida and came to Melbourne, Florida.

Although it was quite different than what

he was accustomed to, he found a place

called Dragon Lady where he sang and

played DJ music on his breaks.  Shortly

after that he began getting calls from

Poolies pool hall, Dinos supper club,

  Bellas Italian Restorante, The Moose

Lodges, and many private parties. He

even went to Las Vegas and some friends

put him up to getting on stage and

performing an Elvis song at one of the

  hotels.

Toni Cafiero

Toni Kathleen Cafiero was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida,  where  she resided for 32  years before she relocated to Melbourne, Florida.

        From a young age,

Toni had always had the love of music. She

would put her own shows together for her

  parents, using hairbrushes as microphones.

She began with solo’s in her elementary

school plays and several talent shows. As

Toni grew older into her teens, she began

singing with her father, Tony LaGreca, at

local bars in front of crowds.  Toni even

starred in a singing group called T & T and

The Dynamites, made up of Tony LaGreca,

herself, and Robbie Cafiero.  But soon the

T &T and The Dynamites came to an end.

In 1993, Toni met with Ronnie Davis and

began performing for him in The Ronnie

Davis Revue at Sirones Café in Ft.

Lauderdale for 8 years. Toni first started

singing as Patsy Cline in their 50’s

  production. Throughout the years Toni

performed many other shows at Sirones as

  Liza Minnelli, Barbara Streisand, Celine

Dion and many more. With the Ronnie

Davis Revue, Toni traveled up and down

the East Coast of Ft. Lauderdale. Through

her traveling Toni met with Pat Cavalier.

For 7½ years, Toni worked with Pat

in his show Ol’ Blue Eyes and Friends,

with Pat as Frank Sinatra, Pepper Bagby

as Sammy Davis Jr., and herself as Liza

Minnelli, traveling from state to state. They

worked with The Nelson Riddle Orchestra,

Connie Francis, Kay Stevens and more.

They played in Tah Jai Hall, Atlantic City,

Mahan Center, Staten Island College, and

the Sandusky State Theatre, among many

  other places.

Toni even had a spot on Star Search,

and sang the National Anthem for the

Florida Marlins, and has been on television

  many times.

In 2003, Toni moved to from South

Florida to Melbourne Florida. Though it

  was a different atmosphere entertainment

wise, Toni continued her singing. She sang

with bands in many clubs and restaurants,

such as The Cove. Showtime Trio
